Welcome to the IT Done, LLC (“IT Done”) Privacy Policy. IT Done is an Ohio limited liability company.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy is straightforward. What you transmit with us will remain private and is never stored on our servers for longer than necessary. All of your personal data, such as your email address, name, address, credit card information, and all other information we receive from you is also private to IT Done. This means that:
1. We will not view the information that you send using our service. We will only view statistics around your interactions to provide technical support and accurate reporting.
And -
2. We will not sell, rent, or market your email address or other collected personal information. The two exceptions are as follows: (1) using your personal data solely in connection with processing your credit card payments, and (2) a court order or validly issued subpoena.
No Marketing/Communications
We won’t inundate you with internal or third-party marketing. IT Done will only send you email communications to remind you to renew your account, inform you of new or improved services, and for other administrative and technical purposes. Should IT Done offer a newsletter, you’ll have the option of opting in or opting out.
SMS Notifications
In addition to email communications, IT Done offers the option for users to receive SMS notifications for account updates, service reminders, and other important information. SMS consent and phone numbers will not be sold or shared with third-party entities.
Users may choose to opt-in to receive these SMS notifications during the registration process or through their account settings at any time. Should you wish to stop receiving SMS notifications, you can opt-out by updating your preferences in your account settings or by following the opt-out instructions provided in any SMS message you receive from us. We respect your preferences and will ensure that you only receive communications that are relevant and necessary.

IT Done uses information from your IP address for technical reasons to facilitate the transfer of your data through our servers and help us determine which location your data was sent and received from. When registering with IT Done, you provide Personal Data, which may include company name, industry, number of employees, phone number, your title, city, state, country, zip code, a user name, confirmed email address, and a password. When backing data up with the Service, you send us that data and you are also sending file system information, including names of files and directories. IT Done may also record your IP address when you submit information. IT Done also may collect, at your option, certain preference and demographic information from you.
All information collected by IT Done is used for internal purposes of providing the Service, providing support to users, and improving services. Aggregating non-identifying information supplied by users allows IT Done to understand its user base and improve services. To protect your account information, please keep your password secure.
All Users may opt to remove their Personal Data from our live database by contacting IT Done and canceling their IT Done user account.
